Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  We will repair or replace any breakage for one year, which includes findings and restringing.  In either case, shipping is on us.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We cannot ensure that we can replace broken beads due to availability and pricing of replacement beads.  If we can replace broken beads, we will let you know if we can accommodate replacement and will let you know how much repair pieces will cost, if anything so you may decide whether you wish to proceed.  We do not cover shipping costs associated with the replacement of beads or damage that does not appear to be the result of faulty inputs or workmanship.

Product Care

To ensure the longest possible wear of your Beads by Beverly items, we recommend storing them in dry conditions and out of direct sunlight. Additionally, they will best be preserved if they are not worn at the gym in the shower, or in a swimming pool, and if they are put on after applying lotions, hair spray, and perfume. Please note that most of the metals we use are alloys that were selected for durability and to minimize the weight and cost of each item.  We also endeavor to use metals that are resistant to tarnish, though that is not always possible. You may wish to apply an anti-tarnish product to further protect the metals contained in your items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and items marked for "final sale."  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We will repair any defective or damaged item or remedy the shipment of any wrong item that you receive.  Please simply notify us of the defective or damaged item by sending us a repair request along with a photo of the damage or defect.  We will send you a shipping label so that you may return the item to us for repair.  If you received the wrong item, we will send you the correct item and additionally will provide you with a shipping label so that you may send back the wrongly received item.  If you do not return the wrongly received item, we reserve the right to charge you for it, notwithstanding the terms of the Uniform Commercial Code that may apply in any applicable jurisdiction. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at beverly@rangeleyholdings.com.
